We'll get you the cheapest cribs out there. MyFreeLife.com will help you find the best place for you! And we're not going to charge you a bunch of money to do it, because we think that's just bogus.

MyFreeLife.com is Free and Open to Everyone!

We embrace the idea that the Internet should be free. Hence the name MyFreeLife. Duh. We also think it should be unfiltered, and money should NOT influence the placement of apartment listings [AHEM! Unlike some other rather bunk apartment search sites]. Any Joe who owns an apartment can get a free listing. If said Joe wants to add some features to their free listing to help you see the community better, then we may charge them a couple of bucks for sweet 3D floor plans, or a custom video tour, or some other really incredible thing that we haven't even thought of yet. But just because they spend a few bones with us doesn't mean they get top billing. "Paid positions" are not our bag. When you tell MyFreeLife.com where to begin searching based on your location, your price range, and your distance, we'll find the apartments that meet your request without any bias or "preferred" listings. Nobody knows what you want better than you! That's the MyFreeLife.com way. And we really don't care if the other apartment listing websites can't dig that.

The MyFreeLife.com team is a varied collection of computer geeks and web developers who dabble daily on the Internets. We're big fans of Olympic badminton, poor-quality YouTube videos, and Yo Mama jokes. We wholeheartedly believe we're fantastic dancers. No, really. You should see us do the robot and the robo boogie. The good news for you is that we're pretty much devoted to helping people find an apartment they will love.

Why Did We Create MyFreeLife.com?

Back in the day (2008), it was a known fact that finding an apartment was generally a nightmare. Everyone sighed in agreement when one of our couch-surfing buddies said:
Man... Finding an apartment is such a nightmare! Sure, Craigslist is good if you want to sift through those damn lease-to-own programs and 37 spam sites first. But even if you find an acceptable one, they've somehow forgotten to include contact information! Boy, I wish there was something better out there... Like a website where I can choose the neighborhood and amenities I want and they show me all the available apartments that might meet my needs. Wouldn't that be bitchin'? Or he said something like that. But basically, that was it. A short time later, a small, but dedicated team of nerds took all their pent-up web-building angst and MyFreeLife.com was born, and bitchin' it was.
